In this course, I explored the main AI tools on the market (ChatGPT, Framer.ai, etc.), identifying users' needs and expectations in relation to AI-based systems. I designed interfaces in Figma that meet needs efficiently. I am able to develop solutions that allow natural and intuitive interaction with technology, and stand out in the job market as a reference in Interaction Design for systems with Artificial Intelligence.

In the course, I was able to obtain an in-depth view on the use of experience metrics applied to digital products, where I was able to understand what the main UX metrics are, how to apply them and how to choose the right metrics for each moment of the product. , in addition to understanding how to improve a product based on these results.

In addition, I was responsible for serving meals and drinks, as well as providing information about the plane, the flight itself and the destination.
Having empathy, knowing how to observe, evaluate and understand that each passenger was unique , in addition to putting myself in each one's shoes, was my biggest learning to be the best employee possible.
